Privacy Policy

VibeOps by Unibrix (the "Service") is operated by Unibrix. This page explains what information we collect when you visit vibeops.unibrix.com or contact us through it, and how we handle that information.
What we collect
We only collect what you actively submit to us. Specifically:
- Email address and any details you include when you fill out the early-access form on the homepage (e.g. the AI coding tool you use).
- Any content you send to vibeops@unibrix.com.
The early-access form is processed by FormSubmit, a free form-relay service that forwards each submission to our inbox. FormSubmit does not store your message or use it for any other purpose. See FormSubmit's own privacy practices for details.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your early-access request and send you the AI Codebase Readiness Checklist or related materials you asked for.
- To schedule a founder call or codebase audit if you request one.
- To follow up about VibeOps and Unibrix engineering services you have expressed interest in.
Website analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns (page views, country, device type, referrers). We use Google Consent Mode v2 with a consent banner: until you explicitly accept, all advertising and analytics storage is set to denied, which means GA collects only aggregate, cookieless signals. If you accept, GA sets first-party cookies (`_ga`, `_ga_*`) on your device. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser. We have IP anonymization enabled and we do not use Google Ads, remarketing, or ad personalization.
Cookies
The only storage this site uses on your device is:
- Functional: a single key in
localStorage(vibeops_consent) that remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, so we don't show the banner again. No personal data. - Analytics (only after you accept): Google Analytics first-party cookies (
_ga,_ga_RVPKTR892W) used to deduplicate sessions.
No third-party tracking, ad pixels, or social-network scripts are loaded.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share it with advertisers.
- We do not run advertising pixels or social-network tracking SDKs on this site.
- We do not access your repository unless you explicitly invite us as part of a paid audit.
Hosting
The site is published as a static page on GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect basic request metadata (such as IP addresses and user-agent strings) as part of standard server logs. See GitHub's Privacy Statement for details.
Repository audits
If you engage Unibrix for a paid VibeOps Setup Sprint and grant us access to your repository, we treat the contents of that repository as confidential. We use it only to perform the audit and produce the agreed deliverables. We do not publish, share, or train models on your code.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete any information you have sent us, or correct it, at any time. Email vibeops@unibrix.com with the subject "Privacy request".
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
